The benefit of mushrooms in low calorie content is 22 kcal per 100 g. This is a dietary product that, due to chitin, is broken down by the stomach for a long time, and hunger does not occur. It is useful to replace fried meat with mushrooms and lose weight.

Mushrooms lower cholesterol

Useful properties for the human body:

  1. Improve vision, strengthen hair, nails, teeth.
  2. Favorably affect the heart and blood flow. Lowers blood cholesterol.
  3. They balance the work of the brain and nervous system.
