  • winter;
  • summer;
  • autumn;
  • bulbous;
  • dark
  • yellow red.

However, beneficial fruits only after soaking and heat treatment. They belong to the conditionally edible class, therefore, dangerous toxins must be destroyed in the raw pulp. The texture of the raw fruits is tough, which is useful for boiling. In foreign sources, some subspecies are classified as slightly poisonous.

Do not confuse edible fruits with poisonous ones:

  • pale toadstool.

The pulp contains vitamins of groups A, B, D, PP, E, C. Vitamins C and A predominate. Useful substances - micro and macro elements:

  • ash 0.5 g.

The remaining 90 g is water, and 5.1 g is part of the dietary fiber. They consist of pectin and chitin, oleic, formic, palmic acids. The benefit of mushrooms in low calorie content is 22 kcal per 100 g. This is a dietary product that, due to chitin, is broken down by the stomach for a long time, and hunger does not occur. It is useful to replace fried meat with mushrooms and lose weight.

Mushrooms lower cholesterol

Useful properties for the human body:

  1. Improve vision, strengthen hair, nails, teeth.
  2. Favorably affect the heart and blood flow. Lowers blood cholesterol.
  3. They balance the work of the brain and nervous system.
  4. Prevent aging of cells and tissues.
  5. It improves mood, prevents depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
  6. Chitin and pectin cleanse the intestines of toxins.

Contraindications

Harm from the fruits is manifested with excessive use, individual intolerance, improper handling. General contraindications for use:

  1. Children under 7 years old can not eat forest fruits.
  2. Older people limit daily allowance.
  3. Pregnant and lactating are contraindicated.
  4. People with diseases of the stomach, intestines (they will not be able to absorb chitin).
  5. Sick epilepsy, hypertension.
  6. People allergic to any of the chemical composition of the pulp.
